Questions we get asked
What is actually included in the monthly price?
Furniture, beds and linens, a fully stocked kitchen, towels, heat, electric, water, internet, and parking. You bring clothes and groceries. There are no separate utility bills and no furniture rental to arrange.
What's the shortest stay you'll take?
Thirty days. Most guests stay three to twelve months, and extensions are month to month with no penalty if a rebuild or contract runs long. Stays under three months may carry a slight seasonal premium.
Can you bill our company directly?
Yes. We invoice relocation, insurance and corporate accounts directly and can provide a W-9 and a certificate of insurance before the lease is signed. The guest never touches a bill.
How fast can someone move in?
If a home is open, the same week. The homes stay furnished and stocked between guests, and the digital locks mean arrival time doesn't have to line up with anyone's schedule.
Are pets allowed?
In most cases, yes, with some restrictions. Tell us about your pet when you inquire and we'll give you a straight answer right away.
Where exactly is this, and what's nearby?
Hales Corners, a quiet suburb on the southwest side of the Milwaukee metro. Roughly fifteen minutes to Froedtert and the Medical College, twenty to downtown Milwaukee, twenty-five to the airport, and a straight shot to the I-94 corridor and the Oak Creek and Franklin job sites.
Can I see it before committing?
Yes, in person by appointment. If your guest is still out of state, we'll record a walkthrough and send it over.
